Our son started with Priscilla in 7th grade. At the time, our main concern was that he learn to gain strength without injury. Priscilla was a stickler for form and correct positioning which we loved (my husband is a physical therapist and he was very happy with her teaching focus). She also pushed and motivated our son in ways that made it fun. He never ever wanted to miss a training session with her and that has continued to the present. He is now a Junior in college on a full ride track scholarship at D1 university. We have to give credit to Priscilla for engaging his work ethic and making him a better, stronger, more agile athlete over the past 7.

Priscilla has been my daughter’s personal trainer since she was in 7th Grade. Paige has always been undersized but Priscilla prepared her to compete at a high level on her Tier I hockey teams and 56er Soccer Teams. Paige currently plays college hockey but still trains with Priscilla when she comes home during the school year and over the summer. Priscilla has definitely helped Paige reach the physical and emotional levels she has attained the last several years.

Not only did Priscilla create a new and exciting challenge with each workout, but she created an outstanding community along with it.
