Private Training (PT) Private, one on one training is individualized sessions where the workout is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the client. Whatever your goals are-increasing muscle mass, maximizing endurance, specific sports performance,losing weight or improving overall fitness, health, wellness and nutrition. Constant focus is on form, technique, breathwork. Each person’s unique needs are prioritized to maximize long lasting results. Injury prevention exercises are included as needed.
Small Group Training (SGT)
SGT are classes offered to a group of committed people who enjoy the energy, camaraderie, and accountability with others in the group and the trainer. The group performs the same exercise, with modifications and adjustments given as needed, and as the trainer sees fit. Generally, 4-10 people in a class. $25/class per person.
Semi-Private Training (SPT) Have a few friends with like minded interests who want to train with you? Semi Private Training (generally 2-4 people) offers customized programs for each person in the group, while sharing the same expertised trainer. The trainer will skillfully give corrections, modifications and adjustments as needed. *contact for Pricing
Team Training (TT) This unique athletic training is offered for any sports teams at all levels. Athletes work to better their game, specific positions and overall effectiveness needed to bring to the team as a whole. Customized Individual Program (CIP)
CIP is for those who are not available for in person training, or prefer to utilize a professional, individualized program on their own. A customized individual plan is created specifically for you and to utilize on your own with or without ongoing support either virtually or in person check ins.
Physique Transformation
A training method built on making individual-desired changes to your body. Whether you are seeking to build muscle, lose fat, gain or lose weight, or improve overall body composition, with a dedicated program we will together celebrate your successes! You can expect a program focusing on strength training, cardio, nutrition, proper mindset and implementing lifestyle changes.
Sports Performance
Sport specific training used to aid and guide an athlete to be successful in sports they play. Training provided mimics what the athlete needs to perform on the field, the court, the ice, in the water, or on the slopes. Individually designed programs include, and are not limited to training speed, strength, quickness, reaction, agility, plyometrics, peripheral awareness, and directional changes. Sports nutrition, a positive and competitive mindset are key to improving your ability to perform and be a standout athlete.
Functional Fitness
A way of training your muscles to work together for what is needed in everyday life, relating to basic, everyday tasks. Exercises performed in Functional Fitness mimic movement patterns done at home, work or school to create long lasting results and prevent injury. A great training method to stay in shape or improve your overall health, fitness and wellness!
